Xiaomi has launched the new Xiaomi Mijia Brushless Drill 2 on September 3. However, Xiaomi will start crowdfunding for the product on September 10 (Wednesday) at the price of $39 or 279 Yuan. Here we bring the details of all the specifications of the product.

Xiaomi‘s second generation of Brushless Drill has now launched with even more power, i.e. 66% more than the first generation. The drill delivers the torque of 50N-m along with 1700rpm speed, which makes it even faster than other equipment in the market.

The Xiaomi Mijia Brushless Drill 2 comes with a 1900mAh battery that will support the drilling upto 200 holes and 600 screws in a single charge.

Smart Functionality and Controls

 

A key feature of the new drill is its intelligent design. It integrates a smart chip that enables an Auto Mode, which automatically adjusts the torque output to prevent damage to materials and screws, making it a beginner-friendly tool. Users can also select from 32 manual torque settings and switch between four distinct modes—Manual, Auto, High-speed, and Low-speed—using a dedicated control knob. This flexibility allows for seamless transitions between precision screwdriving and high-speed drilling.

Durability and Versatility

Built for durability, the drill features a high-carbon steel planetary gearbox and a self-locking chuck for a secure grip on bits. The Xiaomi Mijia Brushless Drill 2 can handle a variety of materials, including wood, plastic, aluminum, and even cement boards and tiles (with water). The comprehensive accessory kit includes alloy “Overlord” bits, ceramic bits, and 16 types of screwdriver heads, all neatly organized in a portable EVA storage case, ensuring users are well-equipped for any job.
