The OnePlus 13 has been the subject of much speculation and anticipation, with a constant stream of leaks and rumors circulating online. Now, we are beginning to receive official information about this highly anticipated device.

After the success of the OnePlus 12, which was unveiled in India in January this year, the OnePlus 13 has been teased to sport “the world’s first second-generation oriental screen.”

Specifications of OnePlus 13 (Expected)

Display and Design:

The smartphone’s highlight is its groundbreaking display, the second-generation BOE Oriental Screen. This follows the success of the OnePlus 12, which featured the first-generation Oriental Screen, boasting an impressive peak brightness of 4,500 nits, 3168x1440p resolution, a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, and a pixel density of 510 PPI. Also, the OnePlus 13 is the first smartphone to feature a DisplayMate A++-rated display.

The display has a punch hole for the front-facing camera. The bezels appear slim, but it’s hard to say for sure since the device isn’t fully assembled.

Camera:

For photography enthusiasts, the smartphone is expected to come with a triple camera setup, consisting of a 50-megapixel primary camera, 50-megapixel secondary camera and 50-megapixel periscope lens. No information about the front-facing camera has been revealed yet.

The smartphone is also expected to be equipped with other features such as an IP69-rated body, an alert slider, a metallic frame, and a 0916 Turbo haptic motor.

Processor and Battery:

At the heart of the smartphone, a powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 processor results in the immersive and smooth performance of the device. The smartphone is expected to feature 24 GB of LPDDR5X RAM.

The OnePlus 13 is rumored to house a substantial 6000mAh battery, which should provide extended usage time without the need for frequent charging. Reports suggest the battery is supported by 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
